Hops are one of the main ingredients for beer production. The hop plant gives the beer its typical taste and ensures that the beer lasts longer.
But how is beer actually made from your hop plant? First, the hop cones are harvested and dried. Then they are added to the brewing water and heated. This releases the aromas from the hops and gives the beer its typical flavor.
Next comes the malt, which gives the beer its color and body. The malt is made from barley that is germinated and then roasted.
After the beer has been boiled and flavored, it is poured into a fermentation tank where it is fermented with yeast. In the process, the yeast converts the sugar in the beer into alcohol.
After fermentation, the beer is filtered and bottled in 33cl bottles. Then it can finally be enjoyed!
