2. what information does MyFeld collect about me?
When you register or participate in MyFeld's websites, activities and online content, subscribe to the newsletter, register for contests or the online store, or create an account through MyFeld's online system, we obtain personal information from you. This may include information such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone or cell phone number, gender, or date of birth; including information about your use of MyFeld's websites or preferences regarding MyFeld products.
Note that we may sometimes ask you for additional, personal data. If this is the case (e.g. for contact forms), we will inform you there why we collect your data and how we will use it.
Where we provide personalized web pages, we ask for your consent to review information that third parties have stored about you. For example, this captures your Twitter or Facebook feeds. 6. will MyFeld share my personal information with others?
At MyFeld, your information is kept carefully and not shared.
An exception applies where disclosure of your information is required or permitted by law (for example, to government and law enforcement authorities, including transfers for the purpose of protecting children and minors), or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Trusted partners are another exception. In order for us to provide you with the best possible experience with MyFeld, we need to ensure that our service delivers on the promise today and in the future. Our Trusted Partners, companies we work with mainly in IT and marketing, make it possible. In such a case, our partners process certain data, always only within pre-defined limits and for the purposes clearly stated by MyFeld. Data transfer usually occurs in the case of cooperation with a subcontractor (e.g. marketing agency) or a service provider (e.g. a provider of data storage services). In any case, the transfer of data does not relieve the transferor of the responsibility for its processing. Data may also be transferred to public authorities, provided they are authorized under applicable law and make a request to that effect, but never in any other case.
7. Inappropriate Content and Age Verification on MyFeld Websites.
If you post or submit any content to MyFeld's websites or social media that could reasonably be considered offensive, inappropriate or objectionable in any location, or otherwise engage in conduct that could interfere with any MyFeld service, MyFeld has the right to remove such content.
8. how long does MyFeld store my data?
We store your personal data in our systems for as long as is necessary for the activity in question. If you delete your MyFeld account, your personal data will also be deleted immediately. The remaining data will be anonymized for the purpose of evaluation. For more information about deleting your MyFeld account, see section 9 below.
If you submit content to us along with your personal information (UGC User Generated Content), our Terms of Use govern how long we store such materials.
9. can I delete my MyFeld account?
You can delete your MyFeld account at any time.
As explained in Section 8 above, deleting your MyFeld account ensures that all personal data in your account that we have stored about you is deleted. This also means that any data we have collected about how you use MyFeld's websites will be anonymized.

Collected data
Information on browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (originating URL), IP address of the accessing computer, time of server request, HTML pages visited, number and duration of sessions. The IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. If necessary, the full IP address is transferred to a Google server in the USA and only shortened there.

The purpose of the collection is the demand-oriented design of our website. The legal basis for the collection is a legitimate interest in providing you with a good service. (Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO).

Recipients of the data are internal offices at MyFeld and trusted partners who are consulted for data analysis.
The duration of the storage is 38 months.

In the matter of data protection, we would like to comply with international regulations, guidelines and industry standards and we are pleased to confirm that you have the following rights in relation to your data. You have the right of access, rectification and deletion of your data. In addition, you have the right to restriction of processing and the right to object, as well as the right to data portability.
